Encounter Centre
Birchwood Community Church is a community church not just by name. We passionately believe that Jesus really can and does restore lives. Our vision is that He will enable us to reach out to those who don’t yet know Him so that they can live in relationship with Him.
This is why we want to take every opportunity to share the love of Jesus and take the message of the Gospel to people around us – in ways which are relevant.
Encounter Centre
Many of our community focused activities take place at the Encounter Centre. We don’t believe that worship is reserved for Sundays – we believe that our whole lives should reflect our love for God and be an expression of worship.
So we are incredibly grateful for the Encounter Centre. It’s a special place which God has provided to help us to encounter Him and demonstrate His love to people from our local community here in Birchwood through the week.
Our prayer is that it will become a beacon of light in our community, a place which enables people to sense something of God’s love as expressed through the activities and the relationships that are built there.
When we asked our church friends what they think about the Encounter Centre, Jared said “I love coming to the Encounter Centre. I couldn’t do without it!”
